Flagged: gluten (bread), histamine — moderate (cured turkey, avocado).

“Comí arroz con pollo y ensalada”

Spanish · logged

Flagged: none. Histamine — low. Gluten-free as described.

“Ich hatte Sauerkraut mit geräuchertem Speck”

Why voice

One sentence instead of six searches

A composite meal normally means finding each ingredient in a database and setting each portion. Speaking it takes one pass, which is the difference between tracking for a week and tracking for a year.

Your own words for your own food

Food databases are thin outside English. Describe the dish in the language you cook and eat in — and switch mid-sentence if that is how you speak.

Preparation matters, and it is heard

“Fresh tuna, seared” and “canned tuna” sit at opposite ends of the histamine scale. Say how it was made and the rating reflects it — a distinction most food databases collapse.

Recordings are not kept

Speech is processed on device where possible. Where the cloud is used for accuracy, audio is converted to text and discarded — no recordings stored, none shared.

Questions

Which languages are supported?

99+, including English, Spanish, French, German, Italian, Portuguese, Russian, Arabic, Hindi, Japanese, Korean, Mandarin, and Cantonese. Mixed-language sentences are handled from context.

How does it handle a complex meal?

Say “chicken stir-fry with broccoli, bell peppers, and brown rice, cooked in sesame oil” and each ingredient is separated, portioned, and adjusted for cooking method. More detail gives a closer estimate.

Does it work offline?

Basic recognition works without a connection. For the most accurate nutrient analysis a connection helps; entries are queued and processed when you are back online, so nothing is lost.

Can I correct what it logged?

Yes. Every entry is editable after the fact — ingredients, portions, and the allergen or histamine rating, if you know a specific product differs from the reference data.

Is my voice data private?

Processing happens on device where possible. When cloud processing is needed, audio is converted to text and deleted immediately. Recordings are never stored or shared. See the privacy policy.
